You can trust that your order will be promptly processed, treated with care, thoughtfully packaged and safely delivered to your destination.

 

Standard Shipping

Shipping destinations within the contiguous U.S. We standard ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Orders placed by 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, will be logged as received the next business day and processed within 48 hours of that order date. We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped which will include the information to track your order.

 

Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order, depending on your location. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. We will ship pre-ordered and back ordered items as soon as they become available, at no extra shipping cost. All shipping fees are on a sliding scale based on the size and weight of the total order of your purchased items. If special delivery instructions are necessary, please provide these delivery details and specify this information to our customer service team when placing your order, so that your package can be delivered successfully.

 

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

 

Post Office Boxes: We are unable to ship orders to Post Office Boxes.

APO|FPO: We are able to ship to APO|FPO address with the following guidelines:

·      APO/FPO orders are shipped via Parcel Post and arrive within 4-6 weeks. We do not offer Express or Overnight Shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rate varies depending on your order total, size and weight of your purchased items, and shipping destination.

 

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations within the contiguous U.S. Orders must be received by 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, for next day delivery. This service is not available for preordered or backordered and out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time,on Thursday will ship on the following Monday and will arrive the next business day. Orders cannot be express shipped to APO-FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories or international destinations. International Shipping

For all orders shipping outside of the United States the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. Please note Julie Taboulie’s Lebanese Kitchen is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government.
